Withdrawals and Refunds (NZ Students)

Withdrawal & Refunds

NZ Students withdrawing from a course must notify NAC and complete a withdrawal form.  Any student withdrawing from courses after two weeks from the commencement date is not entitled to a full refund.  However in the case of practical flying courses (Practical Aircraft Management 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d, 2 and  Instructional Techniques Practical) all unused fees for flying will be reimbursed.  NAC may charge the student a $500 administration fee that will be deducted from the refundable amount.
 
Consumer Protection Mechanisms
In the unlikely event NAC is unable to complete the delivery of any course NAC will refund to the student all fees for the undelivered part of the course from the funds in the NAC Public Trust or NMIT Trust Account.
